The Minnesota Rose Society (MRS) was organized in 1939 to foster the hobby of growing roses in Minnesota and surrounding areas. The group is affiliated with the American Rose Society, The University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and the Minnesota State Horticultural Society.
