- Understand that late payments may result in service suspension until the account is brought current.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.
3. Subscriptions & Renewals
Some services (e.g., Joker Care, Hosting, AI Chatbots) are billed on a recurring basis. You will be notified prior to renewal. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@jokermedia.com, but cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
4. Content Ownership
Unless otherwise stated:
- You own all content and assets you provide to us.
- Joker Media retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
Code, tools, and frameworks developed by Joker Media may be reused across other projects unless explicitly customized and licensed solely for you.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Joker Media and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the site without our written consent.
