GCOOS, or the Gulf of Mexico Coastal Ocean Observing Systems mission is to provide on-demand information about the Gulf’s coastal and open ocean waters that is accurate, reliable and benefits people, ecosystems and the economy.

Joker Media was tasked with building a website that not only showcased all the efforts GCOOS is involved in, but also create an easy-to-navigate structure so that visitors can find information quickly.

That information comes in the form of page content, databases, maps and various portals.
